Open Position Billing Specialist Full-time, remote position within the Finance team. This role supports schools across the company and works closely with our School Directors and families. This is a full-time, daytime position with regular business-hour availability required Monday through Friday. Team members are expected to maintain a consistent daily work schedule and be available during standard business hours to collaborate with schools, families, and the Finance team. Responsibilities What You Will Do The Billing Specialist is responsible for the accurate and timely invoicing of tuition to our families. In this role, you will: Maintain complete and accurate family records in Procare, including contact information, tuition rates, schedules, and enrollment and withdrawal dates Invoice families monthly and weekly based on tuition rates and schedules C
