Our Middle Market team is currently seeking a Director of Industry Segments for Construction. This is a full-time, exempt role. Position is eligible for Hybrid or Remote work arrangement. Position Summary The Industry Solutions Director, Construction is responsible for defining and executing the underwriting and portfolio strategy for the Construction industry within the Middle Market segment. Serving as the Middle Market organization's primary Construction industry subject matter expert, this role provides strategic leadership, market intelligence, portfolio insights, and underwriting expertise to support profitable growth and superior risk selection. The Industry Solutions Director partners closely with underwriting leaders and cross-functional business partners to identify emerging trends, develop industry strategies, enhance underwriting capabilities, and strengthen the organization's competitive position in the marketplace.
