Summary The Senior Lead Asset Manager provides strategic and operational oversight of Greenbrier’s owned and managed railcar assets. The role leads the Asset Management team, oversees shop performance, manages customer escalations, and supports fleet reliability, service levels, and customer requirements. The position leads and develops Asset Managers and Senior Asset Managers and provides strategic planning and execution oversight across the fleet. The role evaluates estimates and invoices for accuracy, cost control, and alignment with customer requirements; coordinates with internal Leasing and Fleet Man
