The Role We're looking for a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment for a portfolio of client roles — from client and stakeholder management through to sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement. This is an individual contributor position, not a management role: you'll be hands-on in the work and expected to take real ownership of the searches and clients assigned to you. The role is fully remote. What You'll Do Manage the full recruitment lifecycle end-to-end — from client kickoff calls and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and placement of talent. Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships throughout the search.
