As the Senior Manager, Business Operations Enablement, you will lead the systems, processes, tools, and capabilities that help value-based care programs scale successfully across the organization. Supporting initiatives such as Collaborative Accountable Care (CAC), Hospital Collaborative Care (HCC), specialty value-based programs, and emerging pilots, you will create the operational infrastructure that transforms strategy into sustainable execution. In the Senior Manager role, you will partner across Value-Based Care Program Management & Operations, Business Readiness, Design & Innovation, Provider Network & Relations, Analytics, Technology, and other key stakeholders to drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, automation, and organizational scalability. You will lead a high-performing team focused on delivering efficient, measurable, and repeatable business outcomes while enabling growth across the value-based care portfolio.
