Help shape smarter workforce decisions that improve service, cost, and operational performance. As a Resource Planning Advisor, you will turn complex demand, staffing, and financial data into clear long-range forecasts and practical plans. You will partner across Finance, Operations, and Workforce Management to identify risks early, guide strategic choices, and build planning approaches that support both our customers and our teams. Responsibilities Design and maintain long-range demand forecasts and supply plans that help leaders anticipate staffing needs, service impacts, and cost risks. Build statistically sound forecasting models and explain findings in a clear, practical way to business partners and senior leaders. Analyze volume, productivity, staffing, cost, and business-change data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities. Lead capacity planning discussions, including hiring plans, inventory reviews, and short-term planning touchpoints. Partner with Finance, Operations, and Workforce Management teams to improve planning processes and support timely decisions. Advise leaders on budget and capacity risks, recommend options, and coordinate actions to close gaps.
