Health Equity Program Management Advisor - Evernorth - Remote

As a Program Management Advisor within Cigna Healthcare Clinical, you will lead the Enterprise Health Equity and Language Accessibility Program (HE/LAP). This role blends strategy, execution, and collaboration to improve patient outcomes, strengthen regulatory readiness, and scale initiatives that reduce health disparities. You will plan, execute, and deliver initiatives that improve access, quality, and experience for customers while partnering across clinical, analytics, technology, operations, and compliance teams. Responsibilities Own end-to-end delivery of health equity initiatives, managing scope, schedule, dependencies, risks, and outcomes from intake through closeout. Develop and maintain integrated project plans, roadmaps, and delivery artifacts to ensure clear accountability and on-time execution. Select and apply appropriate delivery methodologies (Agile, hybrid, or waterfall) to meet initiative and stakeholder needs. Lead governance and delivery forums, including project kickoffs, status reviews, risk reviews, and retrospectives. Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive mitigation strategies and timely resolution. Partner with stakeholders to manage scope changes and assess impacts to timelines, resources, and outcomes. Prepare concise, executive-ready reporting that communicates progress, risks, decisions required, and perfor
