Product Manager - TestAssure - Brydon Group Portfolio Company

We’re looking for a Product Manager to lead high-impact product initiatives across TestAssure’s platform. In this role, you’ll operate as a senior individual contributor who combines strategic product thinking with strong execution leadership. You’ll own complex problem spaces end-to-end—driving product direction, aligning stakeholders, and delivering measurable customer and business outcomes. This is a great role for someone who thrives in a lean environment, enjoys ambiguous challenges, and can work closely with engineering, services, go-to-market teams, and leadership. In this role, you will also build and shape how the Product team will operate and collaborate at TestAssure. What You’ll Do Own key product areas from discovery through launch and iteration, with clear success metrics. Translate company strategy into product initiatives, and prioritized work. Lead customer discovery, synthesize feedback, and use data to identify opportunities. Define product requirements and shape solutions in partnership with Engineering and Success. Drive alignment across stakeholders (Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Support, Leadership).
