As the Senior Manager of People Operations, you’re a trusted thought partner to leadership, with a deep understanding of the business and its people. You proactively build the people strategy before it’s needed and anticipate where the business is headed. Ultimately, the role exists to keep people strategy and business strategy aligned as the studio evolves.The role spans the full People function (including compensation, employee relations, compliance, DEI, and organizational design) while leading the team responsible for day-to-day HR, recruiting, and workplace operations. The role is a resource for leaders and helps elevate them as thoughtful people managers. Responsibilities: Advisement and coaching to senior leadership on interpersonal dynamics, org design, workforce planning, and performance management.
