Legal Assistant

Our portfolio includes well-known brands such as The Apothecarium, Cookies, Kind Tree, Legend, State Flower, Wana, Cuue, One, and Valhalla The Legal Assistant will report to the Senior Counsel, Securities & Financing and will be a key member of the Legal and Compliance team. The individual will assist in (i) managing key Board of Directors and Board Committee efforts and key US public company governance responsibilities including preparation of draft materials such as meeting agendas, minutes, and written consents (ii) managing content and users of Company’s Board of Directors online management software, Diligent (iii) entity maintenance for domestic and foreign subsidiary entities including preparing organizational documents such as resolutions, powers of attorney, certificates of secretary, certificates of incumbency with assistance from third-party vendors (iv) drafting and review of Section 16 filings, including Form 4s, with assistance from external counsel and Senior Counsel (v) assist with the Senior Counsel in the development and administration of Directors and Officers (
