Corporate GIS Manager

The GIS Manager is responsible for building, leading, and growing a centralized team of GIS Analysts, Administrators, and Data Analysts that provides Geographic Information Systems (GIS), data management, and analytical capabilities in support of Cultural Resource Management (CRM) and other engineering and consulting services across Environmental, Geotechnical, Materials, and Facilities service lines. This position will partner with technical and operational leaders across the organization to identify opportunities where GIS, spatial analysis, data management, and visualization can improve project delivery, strengthen technical capabilities, and create value for clients. The GIS Manager will help position teams to identify, pursue, win, and successfully execute projects requiring GIS and analytical support, ranging from routine project needs to large, complex, multidisciplinary programs. The GIS Manager will plan, recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing centralized team capable of supporting projects throughout the country. The team will build upon technical standards, established workflows, tools, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency while advancing the organization's overall GIS capability.
