Bilingual Systems Quality Analyst II (100% Remote) As Systems Quality Analyst , you will be responsible for analyzing business and technical requirements, developing test scenarios and test cases, and executing tests to ensure the quality and reliability of our solutions. You will identify, document, and follow up on defects while ensuring that testing activities are completed according to established standards and procedures. In this role, you will collaborate with team members to maintain accurate test documentation, support continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet business needs. This is a remote position with the option for in-person attendance at a TELUS Health office, if available in your area. Responsibilities Analyze business and technical documentation to identify testing requirements, scenarios, and test cases. Plan and prepare testing activities, ensuring appropriate test coverage and the application of effective testing techniques. Develop and
