About the Role
Telemedi is one of the fastest-growing telemedical companies in Central and Eastern Europe. We build a B2B platform used by insurers, banks, and employers. We operate at the intersection of three highly regulated worlds: healthcare, insurance, and technology — which means that law is not a cost for us, but a part of the product. We are looking for an early-career professional who wants to learn the legal craft in a demanding environment and treats AI as a natural work tool — just as our IT team programs with AI, we strive for all other departments to be able to collaborate with it. Requirements What we are looking for: This is not a job ad for "clicking through contracts." We are looking for a specific mindset and approach (technical skills and alignment with the principles we value in the organization). Critical thinking and connecting the dots. You can take a regulation, contract, regulatory decision, and opposing party's letter — and see how they connect. You don't stop at "what is written," but ask "what follows from this" and "what is the logic behind it; where is the risk that no one has named." You treat doubt as a signal to dig deeper, not as a problem to skip. Procedural efficiency. You understand that law is not only content but also procedure: deadlines, jurisdiction, form, sequence of steps, appeal path. AI as a tool for thinking, not outsourcing. You use LLMs for what they are good at: quickly combing through large amounts of material, analysis of data.
