Summary of Position The Senior Director of Engineering for Account Identity & Access leads the strategy, vision, and execution of Teladoc's identity, authentication, and access management ecosystem. This leader owns the technologies that enable members to securely register, authenticate, manage their accounts, and access care across the Teladoc platform. The role oversees multiple engineering teams and partners closely with Product, Security, Architecture, Compliance, and Analytics teams to deliver secure, scalable, and frictionless user experiences. This position requires a strong engineering leader with deep expertise in identity management, authentication technologies, security architecture, and high-availability consumer platforms.
