Summary of Position You’ll own the product strategy and roadmap for Teladoc Health ’s service communications and orchestration layer: the capabilities that determine when, why, and how members receive the right message across their care journey. This role sits at the intersection of product, marketing, clinical programs, data, engineering, and operations. You will lead the evolution from distributed communications systems toward a scalable, data-driven orchestration platform that can support service communications, clinical nudges, onboarding journeys, communication preferences, and future AI-driven engagement. A major focus on the role will be shaping Teladoc Health ’s next-generation communication automation and orchestration strategy, including evaluation and adoption of best-in-class platforms that enable this strategy. You’ll need enough product and technical fluency to separate narrow internal builds from true platform capabilities, influence vendor and architecture decisions, and ensure the chosen path supports both near-term delivery and long-term member engagement needs.
