Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced ITSM Administrator/Configurator with experience in TeamDynamix to manage, configure, and optimize our IT Service Management platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of ITSM processes, workflows, and system configurations that support high-quality IT services across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Administer and configure the TeamDynamix ITSM platform , including modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Knowledge Base, and Service Catalog. Work with Team Dynamix, IT and business teams to integrate the Team Dynamix iPaaS software to connect with other systems (e.g., Active Directory, Jira, Salesforce, Asset Management tools, CMDBs). Customize forms, workflows, and automation rules to align with ITIL best practices and organizational requirements.
