Summary of Position Under the general directions of the Contract Origination, Supervisor, the Contract Origination Specialist (“COS”) supports the day-to-day intake and processing of requests from HHS Sales through Salesforce.com, with a focus on the initial stages of the contracting process. The COS works closely with Contract Origination, Supervisor as well as assigned Account Executives and internal business partners to facilitate timely and accurate contract execution, resolve routine issues, and ensure required documentation is completed. The COS also supports customers via internal teams including Sales, Business Operations, Billing and Collections to achieve customer satisfaction.
