Senior IT Program Manager - Clinical Track

TEHORA is currently looking for a Senior IT Program Manager – Clinical Track to participate in the planning, governance, and execution of large-scale technological programs related to clinical information systems and the digital transformation of the healthcare sector. Without being exhaustive, the selected person will provide the following services and deliverables: Ensure governance and management of complex IT programs; Plan, coordinate, and supervise multiple interdependent projects; Participate in the development of digital transformation strategies; Supervise multidisciplinary teams composed of IT, clinical, and business resources; Monitor budgets, timelines, risks, and issues; Participate in the deployment and evolution of clinical-administrative solutions; Advise managers and decision-makers regarding technological directions; Develop communication and change management strategies; Produce accountabilities, indicators, and executive reports; Facilitate steering committees, workshops, and governance meetings; Ensure alignment between organizational, clinical, and technological objectives; Contribute to the continuous improvement of program and project management practices.
