IT Project Manager Advisor

TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior IT Project Manager Advisor to participate in the execution of strategic technological projects, organizational transformation programs, and digital infrastructure and service modernization initiatives. Without being exhaustive, the services and deliverables to be provided by the selected candidate include: Ensuring the planning, organization, and control of large-scale technological projects; Coordinating the activities of multidisciplinary teams involved in projects; Developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, and dashboards; Managing budgets, risks, issues, and dependencies; Participating in governance activities and steering committees; Supporting teams in organizational transformation contexts and Agile shifts; Supporting the implementation of product teams and collaborative governance mechanisms; Participating in the deployment and evolution of technological solutions; Producing progress reports and accountability reports for stakeholders; Advising decision-makers regarding the planning and prioritization of initiatives; Developing and implementing communication strategies tailored to projects; Facilitating workshops, coordination meetings, and mobilization sessions.
