Recruitment Specialist

TEHORA is currently looking for a Recruitment Specialist with excellent technical skills, extensive knowledge, and a desire to leverage their abilities within a versatile team. Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables the selected recruiter will provide: Conduct the complete staffing process in collaboration with managers (intake, job posting, CV screening, candidate selection, phone interviews, virtual interviews, sending entry tests, and issuing employment contracts); Establish recruitment priorities and rigorously monitor ongoing mandates; Provide follow-up to unselected candidates regarding their applications; Replenish candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs; Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest; Demonstrate perfect mastery of social media recruitment and establish a LinkedIn presence targeting active and passive candidates; Analyze candidate skills against business needs; Advise and support managers during interviews and candidate selection; Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition solutions (sourcing strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment sources); Stay up to date with new market trends (job postings...)
