Senior Information Systems Architect

TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior Information Systems Architect with solid experience in application architecture, data architecture, and systems integration. The successful candidate will contribute to developing target architectures for information systems domains as part of a municipal citizen services virtualization program. Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables the selected person will provide. Responsibilities Analyze the current application ecosystem, functional dependencies, and interactions between systems; Define the target information systems architecture, including application and data components; Document system responsibilities, interfaces, dependencies, and integration constraints; Conduct gap analyses between the current and target architectures; Contribute to defining functional and non-functional requirements related to the targeted systems; Produce required architecture artifacts using a rigorous and consistent approach; Collaborate with business, technological, and security experts to ensure an integrated vision; Formulate concrete recommendations to support client decisions.
