Senior Business Architect

TEHORA is currently seeking a Senior Business Architect with solid experience in digital transformation, business architecture, and service structuring. The successful candidate will contribute to defining the target architecture of a municipal citizen services virtualization program, focusing on business capabilities, service journeys, and gap analyses between the current and target states. Without being exhaustive, here are the services and deliverables the selected person will provide. Responsibilities Analyze current processes, citizen journeys, and interactions between concerned business units; Define business capabilities, business services, and value chains targeted by the target architecture; Produce gap analyses between the current and target states of services and processes; Structure business requirements, constraints, principles, and assumptions guiding architectural work; Contribute to defining a coherent and realistic vision for citizen services virtualization; Collaborate with IS, technological, and security architects to ensure alignment between business needs and target solutions; Facilitate or support workshops with client stakeholders; Produce clear, structured, and actionable deliverables in French.
