HR Assistant – Focus on Employee Experience (Exclusive for PWD)

Main responsibilities: ● Support the recruitment and selection process (resume screening, interview scheduling, and drafting offer letters) to ensure agility and a great candidate experience until job acceptance. ● Conduct the complete admission process — documentation, contract, and admission exams — registering the employee in systems within the legal deadline (time tracking, payroll, benefits) to ensure complete document compliance. ● Monitor and apply the onboarding and integration program (welcome kit, etc.).
