Responsibilities: Origination and activation of institutional liquidity flow across APAC. Structuring and negotiating liquidity agreements involving spreads, markups, execution frameworks, and credit considerations. Protecting long-term margin while remaining commercially competitive. Acting as the commercial bridge between institutional clients and internal liquidity, risk, and executive teams. Driving scalable and recurring volume-based revenue growth. Requirements Proven track record in institutional B2B financial markets, ideally within FX, CFD, or digital asset liquidity distribution. Strong understanding of financial market structure, trading infrastructure, and liquidity-driven revenue models. Demonstrated ability to build credibility and long-term trust with institutional decision-makers. Advanced negotiation capability in structuring commercial terms, pricing, and liquidity agreements. High level of commercial discipline with structured pipeline management and CRM proficiency. Self-directed, performance-driven, and accountable for measurable revenue outcomes. Fluent in English; Mandarin and/or Cantonese highly preferred. Highlight
