Responsibilities Develop a clear vision and prioritized roadmap for the Claims area and drive product success as a key contributor — from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) through to payout. Shape the automation of the claims process: rule-based and AI-supported claims assessment, straight-through processing, and efficient workflows through to settlement and payout. Drive structured discovery processes and write precise requirements so that, together with Engineering & QA, we can ship quickly and with high quality. Actively integrate AI into your daily work to operate at a higher level, e.g. using structured prompts for rapid prototyping, automated pipelines for user feedback, or data-driven specifications. Communicate priorities clearly to leadership and customers and measure the success of your features based on data, always keeping the user's voice in mind. Design seamless collaboration throughout the claims process for all stakeholders, from status communication and task management to dynamic document templates.
