L2/L3 Linux Technical Support Engineer – Web Hosting

We are currently looking for a dedicated Technical Support Engineer / Linux Systems Administrator to join one of our clients' teams . Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Collaboration: Work within the technical team to administer and maintain GNU/Linux operating systems and virtualized/containerized environments (OpenVZ, KVM, Docker, etc). Web Hosting Operations: Participate in the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of industry-standard control panels (like cPanel/WHM, Plesk) within shared hosting environments. Application & Web Stack Support: Troubleshoot and optimize web applications built on common web technologies, frameworks and CMS platforms (WordPress, Laravel, etc.). Assist clients and resolve complex issues related to PHP, with knowledge of Node.js and Python stacks considered a strong plus. Network & Security Operations: Help configure and maintain network protocols, firewalls, and WAFs (ModSecurity, Imunify360). Work with the team to identify, respond to, and mitigate security incidents (malware, phishing, DoS, etc.). Mail Server Administration: Troubleshoot mail flow and deliverability issues, you are already familiar with Exim, Dovecot, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and the use of external mail relays.
