As the Dynamics 365 Developer, you will join the client’s CRM engineering function to deliver development on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) – the cloud-based CRM platform that manages front-office business operations, builds customer relationships and tracks the entire customer journey. You will also configure, customise and support Dynamics CRM 2016, working across multiple programme workstreams and with other engineering teams to keep the platform stable, secure and performant. ‍ What you will do: Design, develop and customise solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) to support front-office operations and the end-to-end customer journey. Configure and customise Dynamics CRM 2016 to meet business requirements. Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all custom development work. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain high code quality. Write and optimise SQL queries to manipulate and extract data from the CRM database. Understand, support, modify and maintain systems and code developed by other engineering teams.
