Senior Data Scientist

Location: Fully Remote, United States Position Type: Full-Time Clearance: U.S. citizenship is required. The Opportunity TeamWorx Security is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to develop analytical and AI-enabled capabilities on a federal enterprise data modernization effort. The Senior Data Scientist will work with business teams, technical staff, and government stakeholders to turn mission questions into analytical approaches, build and validate models on governed enterprise data, and deliver results decision-makers can act on and defend. The work spans multiple business lines, so priorities shift as different teams need help. This role rewards someone who can move between problem domains, learn a new business area quickly, and apply the method that best fits the stakeholder's or end-user's question. Success in this role requires initiative, ownership, and clear communication. You will work through ambiguity, identify needs or risks before they become problems, and move work forward without waiting for detailed direction.
