AI Consultant / AI Enthusiast in the Construction Industry (m/f/d) – Remote

This role has two sides: Inwardly, you drive our own AI processes and make Teamsware an AI-first company. Outwardly, you develop concrete solutions for construction companies, project developers, and planning offices from this. Your role with us: Internal AI processes: You analyze our workflows in sales, project execution, support, and administration and automate them using Copilot, Copilot Studio, Teamsware Studio, Power Automate, and suitable AI services. Customer solutions: You design and build AI use cases for our clients – from intelligent document assistants for contracts and change orders to automated evaluations of construction logs and project reports. Enablement: You train colleagues and clients, establish prompt and usage standards, and ensure that AI is truly adopted in daily work. Governance and quality: You treat data protection, data quality, and the responsible use of AI as an integral part of every solution. Innovation: You observe the market, evaluate new models and tools, and bring relevant ones into our platform as prototypes.
