Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to support our client’s expansion into the financial services sector. This role is ideal for someone with a robust background in regulatory compliance within financial services, fintech, or crypto-focused companies. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to strengthen the organization’s compliance framework, including spearheading the process of acquiring an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). The ideal candidate is highly organized, a strong communicator, and has a proven record of navigating compliance frameworks in regulated industries. Experience working with Web3, crypto assets, or blockchain-based financial services is highly desirable.
