Litigation Lawyer

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Litigation Lawyer to support a UK-based law firm remotely. The ideal candidate will have strong familiarity with UK litigation processes, particularly the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) , and be confident managing a wide range of civil litigation matters independently. This role requires excellent research, drafting, and client communication skills. You will work closely with the client’s in-house team and barristers, and must be comfortable handling high-quality legal work in a fully remote setting.​ Key Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution. Advise clients on litigation strategy, risk, and procedure under the UK Civil Procedure Rules. Draft legal documents including pleadings, witness statements, correspondence, and settlement agreements. Handle court filings, disclosure processes, and liaise with courts and third parties. Conduct legal research and provide strategic recommendations based on findings. Collaborate with barristers and other stakeholders on trial preparation and hearings. Maintain accurate and organized case files using digital tools and platforms. Provide timely updates and clear communication with clients and team leads.
