Commercial Transactional Lawyer

This is a remote position. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Commercial Transactional Lawyer to support our client’s corporate and commercial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, negotiating, and advising on a variety of commercial contracts, including vendor agreements, service-level agreements, partnership contracts, NDAs, and more. This position requires familiarity with Australian commercial law and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including supplier contracts, service agreements, licensing, distribution, NDAs, and joint ventures. Provide strategic legal advice on commercial risks and ensure compliance with applicable Australian laws and regulations. Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to ensure contracts support business objectives. Support corporate transactions including mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations by conducting legal due diligence and preparing relevant documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory and legislative changes in Australian commercial law. Advise on legal implications of business decisions and commercial strategies.
