Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Conveyancer with deep expertise in UK property law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. Candidates must be well-versed in UK-specific procedures and compliance, with the ability to manage high volumes independently and communicate effectively with clients, agents, and third parties. Experience working in a remote or outsourced environment will be considered a strong advantage. Responsibilities: Manage a caseload of residential and/or commercial conveyancing transactions from start to finish, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and solicitors throughout the conveyancing process. Conduct title checks, review and prepare contracts, and investigate legal ownership and leasehold/freehold terms. Draft and review key legal documents including transfers, completion statements, and other property-related contracts.
