In this role, the HR Partner will act as a strategic leader who drives talent and organizational strategy aligned with business goals and operational requirements. This role thrives in complex, fast-paced environments, building bridges across HR and business functions to deliver results at scale. The HRBP ensures clarity, accountability, and operational rigor in all HR programs, championing change management and organizational transformation. The position will report to the DDN HRVP and collaborate heavily with DDN functional leaders, HRBP’s and the broader HR ecosystem.
