Job Overview: The Industrial Business Unit of TE Connectivity is looking for a Global Product Manager (m/w/d) to drive the strategy, innovation roadmap, and business performance of the Board Connectors & Industrial Interconnect Systems portfolio. In this role, you will assume global responsibility for assigned product lines - defining strategic direction, shaping growth programs, and enabling execution within a global matrix of engineering, sales, operations, finance, and regional product management teams. This position requires a strong strategic mindset, deep customer and market understanding, and the commercial discipline to scale the portfolio through new product introductions, excellent go-to-market strategies, and expansion into adjacent applications. You will manage the entire product life cycle and be directly responsible for revenue growth, margin improvement, portfolio competitiveness, and operational performance. You will excel through influence by mobilizing cross-functional teams, creating global alignment, and driving data- and customer insight-based decisions. This is a highly visible, high-impact role.
