Our client offers delivery in 10 different countries, in 32 languages, with over 29,000 agents. The Vice President or Senior Vice President of Business Development will drive new business growth by identifying, developing, and closing enterprise BPO, CX, and technology-enabled transformation opportunities with national and international companies. This is a highly visible individual contributor role with ownership of the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through contract execution. The ideal candidate is a strategic hunter with a proven ability to originate opportunities, build C-suite relationships, and close complex enterprise engagements. Candidates will be considered at the VP or SVP level based on sustained sales results, the size and complexity of deals closed, executive relationships, and ability to independently build pipeline. Final title and compensation will reflect experience and demonstrated performance. Primary Responsibilities Develop and execute targeted sales strategies aligned with the com
