Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for an energetic Enablement Data & Insights Intern (temporary) to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the Enablement (Training and Organizational Change Management) team! This is a hands-on opportunity to gain real-world experience in data analysis, change management, and enterprise transformation initiatives. Your Responsibilities: Learn and execute agentic change management workflows Develop and post communications Perform quality assurance and update developed materials Support status reporting and generate, review, and distribute daily/weekly comprehensive status reports Extract data from systems and platforms (Jira ticketing system, training and performance support applications, SharePoint files, MS Teams course attendance, MS Forms knowledge test results and post-training surveys, Change Management communication tools, Workday Learn
