Regional Sales & Growth Lead, LATAM

Tangem is looking for a hands-on Regional Sales Lead to grow our commercial presence across Latin America. This is not a traditional senior executive role. We are looking for someone who enjoys being close to the market: opening new accounts, building pipeline, negotiating and closing deals personally, while leading and developing a small regional commercial team. We are open to strong sales leaders from fintech/payments, consumer electronics, retail/distribution, e-commerce, SaaS/technology, telecom and other relevant B2B/B2B2C industries. Experience in crypto/Web3, fintech/payments, hardware or channel/distribution sales is a strong advantage. What you’ll do Own sales and commercial growth across key LATAM markets. Personally prospect, open and close strategic B2B accounts and partnerships. Build and manage a healthy regional sales pipeline. Lead a team of Growth/Business Development Managers and drive strong sales execution. Set clear sales targets, review pipeline and performance, and coach the team on live opportunities. Develop country-specific sales strategies rather than applying one approach across LATAM. Build relationships with distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms, fintechs, exchanges and other strategic partners. Identify new revenue channels and test them quickly. Work closely with Marketing, Product and the global Commercial team. What we’re looking for 5–10 years of Sales / Business Development experience, ideally with meaningful LATAM responsibility.
