Private Wealth & Digital Assets Lead — US

We are looking for a senior US financial-services professional to lead a focused market research and strategy project. We do not want to start with a predefined product or business model. The first objective is to understand how professional clients currently manage digital assets, what problems they face, where existing solutions fall short, and whether there is a meaningful commercial opportunity for Tangem. Based on this research, the person will define who we should target, what we should build, how we should go to market, and how Tangem can monetize the opportunity. Ideal Background We are looking for someone with senior experience in private wealth, family offices, RIAs, institutional digital assets, custody, corporate treasury, private banking, or WealthTech / FinTech. The ideal candidate should have a strong US industry network, experience in customer discovery and new business development, and the ability to translate market insights into product strategy, commercial model, and P&L.
