Head of Design

Tangem is a high-tech company in the blockchain sector, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, with branches in North America, Eastern Europe, and APAC. Tangem started with the idea of bringing digital assets to the masses through a unique combination of a smartcard-based hardware wallet and mobile applications. Today, Tangem provides secure and simple self-custody solutions to customers in more than 220 countries, supporting thousands of digital assets in a single wallet. We are looking for an experienced Head of Design to lead and optimize Tangem’s multidisciplinary design team across digital products, brand, marketing, and physical experiences. This is a strategic and operational leadership role, focused on team management, organizational structure, process optimization, resource planning, budget efficiency, and accountability. The key objective is to build a scalable, high-performing design organization that consistently delivers quality results on time and within budget, rather than focusing on hands-on creative direction. Responsibilities Lead and manage a multidisciplinary design team of 15–20+ people across UX/UI, web, marketing, social media, events, merchandise, physical cards, and packaging. Own team performance, delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget. Build an effective organizational structure with clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability. Oversee resource allocation, workload distribution, hiring, and team development. Ensure
