Responsibilities Mobile & Smart Card Testing: Conduct comprehensive validation of mobile applications and specialized smart card software. API Validation: Perform rigorous testing of APIs to ensure seamless backend integration and performance. Test Documentation Management: Author, maintain, and update critical test artifacts, including test plans, cases, and comprehensive reports. Incident Investigation: Analyze and resolve complex bugs and production incidents reported by customers to maintain product stability.
