Responsibilities: Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday Student solutions within higher education environments. Collaborate with academic, registrar, admissions, finance, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system solutions. Configure and maintain student-related business processes including admissions, enrollment, academic records, curriculum management, student finance, and graduation tracking. Analyze existing SIS workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Support data migration, system integrations, testing activities, and post-implementation stabilization efforts. Troubleshoot functional and technical issues related to the student lifecycle and coordinate resolutions with internal and external teams. Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support institutional decision-making and compliance requirements. Create and maintain detailed documentation for configu
