What are we looking for? We are currently looking for a Senior EdTech Implementation Consultant – Higher Education (LATAM Remote) to become a valuable addition to our team! This role is ideal for someone based in LATAM with deep experience implementing platforms like Banner, Canvas, Salesforce, Workday Student , and others. You’ll work directly with colleges and universities across the region, leading end-to-end implementations of Student Information Systems (SIS), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and CRM platforms. From gathering requirements to go-live support, you’ll help institutions align their goals with powerful technology. Responsibilities Lead SIS, LMS, and CRM implementations for higher education institutions. Conduct virtual workshops to gather requirements and map business processes. Configure systems and support integrations, data migration, and customizations. Train users across academic and administrative teams (registrars, admissions, faculty). Create project plans, process maps, and training materials. Support testing, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness. Act as a trusted adv
