They support major retail chains and thousands of independent operators with digital ordering, delivery, and retail data infrastructure. With multiple revenue models (subscriptions, revenue-share, GMV-based programs, and project work), they process thousands of billing, payout, and collections items monthly — much of which is still manual today. This is the challenge you'll help solve. About the Role You will combine hands-on finance operations with building better processes and automation. Half of your work will be operational — billing, collections, payouts, reconciliations, and resolving disputes. The other half will focus on automation, systems building, and analysis to eliminate manual work and provide clear answers for leadership.
