US Tech Recruiter Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico) Working EST time zone Job Overview The Recruitment Delivery Consultant is responsible for efficiently sourcing candidates, managing relationships, and ensuring quality delivery that aligns with client needs and company standards. As part of the Talent Delivery team, they build talent pools, ensure quick placements and maintain quality benchmarks. Key Responsibilities Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pooling  Build, maintain, and rigorously map talent pools within your specialist vertical  Source both active and passive candidates using varied techniques (headhunting, networks, job boards, referrals, social channels).  Ensure all candidate data and interactions are accurately logged in CRM. Candidate Engagement & Management  Conduct detailed qualification calls and structured candidate interviews to ensure role fit  Provide full briefing and preparation for candidate interviews; perform thorough debriefs  Manage candidates throughout the full recruitment lifecycle — CV submission, interview stages, offer management and onboarding. Shortlisting & Delivery Excellence  Provide highquality shortlists, typically within 48 hours of receiving a brief (Delivery KPIs).  Ensure candidates are fully informed and that submitted profiles are complete, accurate and highquality.
