Company Backgorund We are representing our client a public-listed company in Malaysia with an established presence in the retail and F&B sector. The group operates a diversified portfolio of businesses, supported by a strong nationwide network and a growing footprint across multiple consumer segments. Job Summary To manage the day-to-day functions of the Finance and Accounts, including supporting other departments within the Group to enable the Group to achieve its objectives. To manage various co-operate matters including reporting and compliances with Bursa Listing requirements. Main Responsibilities Responsible for the day to day operations of Finance (HRB Groups), Report to Board of Directors on financial and operational matters. To ensure Compliance of the statutory requirements such as IFRS, Income Tax Act, KLSE, SC guideline and Companies Act for the group's financial statements. To prepare budget, business plan, monthly management and financial reports, product costing, taxation and other ad-hoc reports as requested. Tax minimisation, budget control and effective costing for pricing and cost reduction. To ensure implementation of effective risk management. To involve in cash flow management of the Group. To manage fund raising & investment activity and public listing matters. Review monthly consolidated accounts, financial results and management reports. Review and update of budget, and investigate material variances in actual results. Review quarterly results
