Job Description Ensuring The Day-to-day Routines Within The Catering And Food Services Provided Under The Terms Of The Contract Are Managed To The Satisfaction Of The Client Standard Continually Monitor The Standard Of Operations And Ensure That Contractual Obligations Are Met Administer All Documentation For Catering Facilities, Food Safety (ie: HACCP) Work Instructions And Procedures Ensure Compliance With All Catering Policies And Procedures, Including Adherence To All Client's Health And Safety Standards, Policies, And Procedures. Menu Planning And Ordering Food Provisions, Cleaning Materials Within The Allocated Budget Ensure All Deliveries Are Checked And Stored In Compliance With The Company's Procedures Have A Deep Understanding Of Food Cost Calculation And Budgeting Requirement Have a Diploma IV (D4) or Bachelor Degree (S1) in Food Production, Accounting, Management from a reputable Hotel Institute/ University / Institute. Have at least 7 years of experience as a catering project manager at a remote/offshore location Having experience in mobilizing and demobilizing contract
