Job Description Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance. Conduct onboarding training for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Identify training needs through surveys, performance evaluations, and discussions with managers. Deliver engaging training sessions using various instructional methods (e.g., presentations, role-playing, workshops). Update and improve training materials to keep them relevant to industry trends and company goals. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and post-training evaluations. Provide coaching and mentoring support to employees as needed. Maintain training records and generate reports on employee progress. Collaborate with department heads to ensure alignment between training programs and business objectives. Requirement Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field . At least 3 years of experience in training, learning & development, or corporate coaching. Strong facilitation and presentation skills, with th
