Position Summary We are looking for an International Career Transition & Coaching Delivery Manager to lead the operational delivery of our international programs across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This role requires strong expertise in service delivery, operations management, and project management, combined with the ability to coordinate international activities, manage capacity and resources, drive process improvement, and ensure consistent, high-quality execution across countries and languages. The role is also responsible for ensuring that participants receive a high-quality, consistent, and locally relevant experience, while building and maintaining a strong, engaged network of professional coaches across international markets. This hands-on, people-focused role combines operational leadership, project delivery, and coach community development to support the continued growth and scalability of Careerminds' global business. Working closely with Business Operations, Client Success, Sales, Product, Finance, and other internal stakeholders, the International Career Transition & Coaching Delivery Manager leads delivery projects and program implementations, coordinates timelines, resources, stakeholders, and dependencies, and ensures that operational capab
