Middle Oracle Software Developer

This is a remote job position. Talent Booster Costa Rica is looking for Middle Oracle Software Developers to collaborate on strategic projects with our leading technology client. You will use your database development and administration skills to directly influence the design and development of innovative solutions. This position offers a remote work environment and constant challenges. Responsibilities: Develop and maintain applications in PL/SQL. Create and manage forms and reports using Oracle Forms and Reports. Administer and optimize Oracle 12c databases and higher versions. Perform software testing and quality assurance. Solve problems and provide technical support to end users. Requirements: Degree in Computer Engineering or related field. 3 to 5 years of experience in Oracle development. Proficiency in PL/SQL. Knowledge of Oracle Forms and Reports. Analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems. Excellent communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams. Deep knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools (DevOps, Microsoft Project or similar). Desirable: Experience in the development and maintenance of accounting systems. Experience in team leadership and mentoring in agile environments. Relevant certifications in Oracle databases. Advanced knowledge of integration.
